If anything we’ve sent you isn’t to your satisfaction, we’ll take the item back free of charge if it meets the following conditions:
- Unused and in new condition*
- Returned within 365 days of purchase
- If consumable, it hasn't yet expired
If a product is broken or defective we will of course replace it or offer you a full refund at no charge.
