Where is the rest of my order?

Every once in a howlin' moon, an order can be shipped separately if one of the items is back-ordered or shipping from a different warehouse.

Not to worry though, Lucy from BarkShop typically sends your pup an email as soon as additional tracking links become available. The goodies typically arrive within a few days of each other!
