When will I be billed?

You will be billed for the first month as soon as you start your plan. After the first month, you will be billed monthly on the 3rd of each month* for the length of your plan.

When you reach the last month of your subscription, your plan will automatically renew on the 3rd of the following month.

So, for example, if your last scheduled BarkBox arrives in May, your next plan will start with an automatic renewal on June 3rd, and your next BarkBox will arrive, as usual, later that month!

You can cancel the upcoming renewal of a 1 month, 6 month, or 12 month plan at anytime.

Please note that for 6 and 12 month plans, renewal refers to the full contract, not the delivery of each month’s box.  If you signed up for a 6 or 12 month plan and want to stop getting BarkBoxes before the scheduled end of your plan, contact the Happy Team to cancel.

*Renewal day is on the 3rd of the month unless noted otherwise!
