Where in the world is my BarkBox?

Ah, the question on everyone's mind! Here's how it works: we ship out BarkBoxes on the 15th of every month with an estimated delivery of 2-8 business days in the U.S. and 4-12 business days in Canada. So, if you have placed your order for your first month's subscription before the 28th, your BarkBox will ship that same month.

Here are some common shipping snafus:

Didn't get a tracking link? If you are in Canada, you will receive a shipping confirmation email but we do not have tracking for Canada Post at this time. Our apawlogies!

If you are in the US, you will receive an email from Frida the Mail Pup. No email? Email us at happy@barkbox.com! 

Tracking your package and it looks stuck in one location? Sometimes the USPS doesn't update the package info as they move it to another shipping hub. This is quite common. Contact us if you don't receive your package after 8 business days (12 business days in Canada). 

Tracking info read, "missent"? This means your package was accidentally sent to a wrong zone, and the USPS caught this error and is redirecting your package back to you! 

I changed my address, but my BarkBox is getting shipped to my old address! 
No worries! You can set up mail forwarding through USPS or Canada Post. If you have trouble receiving your box just contact us and we'll see what we can do to help!
